"Just to let you know how I am getting on with my exercise plan. Firstly I am finding that my back has improved greatly even after the first session so that is a bonus in itself!! Thankyou!!
I am finding the programme challenging enough and I feel that I am progressing each time I go to the gym.
I like the fact that I can break down the cardiovascular session into two bits so that I can spend more valuable time doing the core stability exercises. I can even do the plank without shaking too much!! The squats are hard but again I am feeling stronger with practice.
The cross trainer has become my friend and I know I have worked hard!! As far as effort level I am doing the first session at level 8 and then level 5. I am then doing the second session at level 10 and level 6. I have pushed myself to do a few extra minutes either way. I am still visiting the gym x3 weekly and I feel I am more interested in my exercise regime because of the benefits I am finding in experiencing very little or no back pain.
Thank you for your valuable advice and time!!"
